Australian Deliveries

Shipping/Deliveryarrive to you neatly wrapped in our packaging.
If your order is placed by12:00pm aest, we offer next business day delivery to all major metro areas and capital cities within Australia.*
If your order is placed after12:00pm aest, it will be dispatched the following business day.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number, so you can see where your order is!
If your order is placed over the weekend, it will be dispatched within 24hrs of the next business day.
Elliott Label dispatches all orders from our Head Office in Victoria, therefore if we receive your order on a Victorian Public Holiday, it will not be processed until the following day.
To guarantee delivery, we recommend your parcel be sent to an address where there will be someone to receive it between9am – 5pm. If no one is at your specified shipping address when delivery is attempted, Australia post will leave a card that will direct you to a local post office for collection.

International deliveries
Elliott Label delivers all international orders using registered mail, and your order willarrive to you wrapped in our packaging.
International orders are charged a flat rate USD $10 shipping charge, regardless of how many pieces you purchase!
International orders will have an approximate delivery time frame of 3-10 business days, depending upon your location.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number, which will allow you to see where your package is!
When orders shipped internationally reach your destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
Your order will require a signature upon delivery by registered mail.
Please note: ElliottLabel unfortunately cannot be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes, which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees that may be imposed will rest with the customer. Please contact your local customs offices if you would like to seek more information regarding taxes and duties. We also unfortunately cannot mark any international order as a ‘gift’, due to law prohibitions.
